Concluded The Training Program Art Of Customer Service

This day 29/06/2022, Swaid and Sons for Exchange Co. concluded the training program "Art of Customer Service" at the headquarters of the general administration of the company.

Mr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Ansi, CEO of Swaid & Sons for Exchange Co., delivered a word:

We thank all the employees in the company for coming. We, the Company’s administration, feel happy when we conduct training courses for employees since these training courses serve as qualitative addition to their knowledge. I do not consider the money spent on training employees as expense, it is rather considered as saving and investing in you because these training courses you took will be reflected on your professions.

We conduct training based on a plan set along with a budget for training in order to develop staffs’ knowledge and help them acquire the functional skills required in this current era. Through training, employees competence will increase, weaknesses will be addressed, and employees will be familiar with the company's basic policies and procedures. One of the benefits aimed by training is to establish strong relationships within the company between employees as well as build employee loyalty in the company.

There are also many other benefits of training such as boosting morale, emphasizing goals, and encouraging civilized conduct.
